Business Manager

Deb Hamilton has been with Merlinos & Associates for over twelve years. She has over twenty-five years of experience in business operations and has an Associates degree with special training in Business Operations and Management.  Prior to joining M&A, Deb was an international meeting planner with TAPPI (Technical Association to the Pulp and Paper Industry) in International Operations and Exhibits for fourteen years.  She is responsible for:

  • Preparing corporate financials to include accounts payable / receivable, monthly billing and collections, corporate tax package, and corporation records
  • Human Resource activities including health benefits coordinator, employee records, orientation and training
  • SERFF Liaison to the Mississippi Insurance Department, Alabama Insurance Department, South Carolina Insurance Department, NAIC, and the staff
  • IT Support including installation, updates, and backups, equipment purchases, computer/technical support to the consultants
