Ryan Purdy has six years of actuarial experience in property and casualty insurance. He graduated summa cum laude from Auburn University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics. Ryan is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society.

- Ratemaking for personal lines of business, with primary focus on property insurance in Florida, Louisiana, and other coastal states.
- Assistance on financial examinations of property and casualty insurance companies.
- Assistance on reserve evaluations for personal lines insurance companies and residual market entities.
- Analysis of catastrophe model results and assumptions, including developing techniques to incorporate these results in the analysis of reinsurance programs and various rating programs.
- Preparation of competitive rate analyses.
- Designing database processes to compile insurance data.
- Rate filing reviews for state insurance departments.
