Rebecca is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuary Society and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. She has approximately 10 years of property and casualty actuarial experience. Prior to joining M&A in October, 2009, Rebecca worked for the actuarial consulting firm of Towers Perrin. She has also worked as an actuarial analyst for Farmers Insurance Group and USF&G. Rebecca graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maryland at Baltimore County with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics in 1996.

- Rate filing reviews for state insurance departments.
- Evaluation of changing reinsurance contracts on insurer liabilities.
- Development of financial models for insurers.
- Risk-transfer testing.
- Catastrophe modeling for property insurers.
- Production of rating software for underwriters, including experience rating software.
