Leighton Weese joined Merlinos & Associates in June 2008 and has more than three years of actuarial experience. He graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science in 2008 and has passed parts 1, 2, and 3L of the Casualty Actuarial Society examinations in pursuit of a Fellowship Designation. Leighton provides computer and technical support to our lead consultants.
EXPERIENCE:
- Reviewing rate filings for state departments
- Assistance on rate indications and filings for commercial general liability, private passenger auto, and Florida homeowners
- Assistance on reserve reports for insurance companies, captives, and risk retention groups, including preparation and maintenance of spreadsheets incorporating loss development triangles and projection methods
