We have a very generous actuarial examination program.  Because the majority of our employees are long-term, we believe that passing exams is in the best interest of the employee, the company, and our clients.  As a result, we are flexible and understanding with regard to an employee’s study time and concentration.  Pass ratios for exams exceed the industry standard because of both the quality of our employees and the support from the company.

Our belief is that the best employees have stable and healthy personal lives.  Because our firm is a family, we make accommodations, whenever possible, for events in our employees’ personal lives.  Our office atmosphere is positive, comfortable, and casual.  Our doors are always open to anyone.  We do not require formal business attire on most work days and we encourage the use of the company’s fitness center that is located in our office building.
